§109 The City_ <br /> <br /> The City is a municipal corporation of the State of California. The principal office of the <br /> City is located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94063. <br /> <br /> §110 Developer <br /> <br /> Developer is a California limited liability company located at the following address for <br /> the purposes of this Agreement: <br /> <br /> Cinema Square, LLC <br /> c/o The Innisfzee Companies <br /> 2656 Bridgeway, Suite 200 <br /> Saulsalito, CA 94965 <br /> Attention: David C. Blake <br /> <br /> Whenever the term "Developer" is used herein, such term shall include any penuitted <br />nominee, assignee or successor in interest as herein provided. <br /> <br /> §111 Term <br /> <br /> The term (the "Temi") of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and <br />continue until the issuance of the Certificate of Completion for the Project, or upon the earlier <br />termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br />Article 2 ASSEMBLY OF THE PROJECT SITE <br /> <br /> §201 General <br /> <br /> The parcels that comprise the Project Site are identified hereinafter by letter and by the <br />number of their respective Assessor's Parcel Number and Preliminary Title Report Order <br />Number. The Project Site consists of two blocks shown on Attachments Nos. 4 and 5, <br />respectively, as Block One and Block Two. Block One consists of the following parcels, each as <br />hereinafter more particularly described in Sections 202-204: the Agency Parcel and Parcels A, <br />B, C, D, E, and F. Block Two consists of the following parcels, each as hereinafter more <br />particularly described in Sections 202-204: the City-Retained Parcel, the City-Transfer Parcel, <br />and Parcels G and H. <br /> <br /> §202 <br /> <br /> The Agency has acquired the following parcel (the "Agency Parcel"): <br /> <br /> Prelimina~_ Title Report <br /> la~lgi.~att~ Assessor's Parcel Number Order Number <br /> A.
