SCHEDULE <br />The Schedule to perform the required services is to commence upon receipt of a written <br />notice to proceed in early January 2004 and continue through April 2004. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br />Compensation for the required services will be based on monthly invoices itemizing the <br />time and materials accrued to the Project in accordance with the attached EXHIBIT "B" <br />Schedule of Fees.
