(609) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Review Proposed Policy Regarding City Real Property Acquisition and <br /> Disposition and Direct Staff To Return Policy With Any Revisions For <br /> Adoption At Future Meeting. <br /> Dr. Bell, City Manager, said this policy is a result of a joint effort including direction from <br /> the City Council, and collaboration between the City Attorney's Office, Community <br /> Development and the City Manager's Office. He made a presentation (on file) covering <br /> the main points of said policy including types of acquisition and what to do with the <br /> funds. He explained that his goal tonight is to go through the policy and elicit any input <br /> from Council on possible changes. Subsequently, this item will return to the City <br /> Council for formal approval.
