Extend the term for one year, ending February 28, 2005;
2. Increase the contract value by $55,000.00 for the period and
3. The estimated annual quantities remain
unchanged from the original bid, i.e. bait station locations and treatment locations remain
the same throughout the life of the contract.
The proposed Agreement amount for Amendment No.2 is not to exceed $55,000.
