Attend City meetings and prepare further information as requested by City staff. <br /> Availability and Fees <br /> I. We are prepared to begin work upon your authorization to proceed. <br /> 2. During the project development period, we will be available at all reasonable times <br /> and on reasonable notice for meetings and for consultation with the council, its staff, <br /> consulting engineers, attorneys, and others as necessary. <br /> 3. Bartle Wells Associates will perform all work. One of our principals will be placed <br /> in charge of the work, and will devote time and effort to the project as needed. <br /> 4. The fee for professional services is payable as the work proceeds as provided in our <br /> Billing Rate Schedule 2003, but will not exceed $25,000 without prior written <br /> authorization of City staff. <br /> 5.
