2/23/2004 <br />3. At such time as the Chief of Police determines that the Fuller cul de sac is <br />needed for overflow news media vehicular parking, temporary signs shall be <br />erected or posted indicating that the operation of vehicular traffic thereupon <br />shall be prohibited and that no vehicles shall park or stand within said street <br />and the maximum period of parking permitted and the rate of parking fees in <br />said area shall be suspended unless otherwise provided hereby. <br />4. Effective March 1, 2004, and in accordance with the Redwood City Police <br />Department Parking Management Plan, the City Manager is authorized to <br />allow the parking of news media vehicles in the Middlefield parking area, <br />subject to the issuance of revocable vehicle parking licenses and payment of <br />a maximum monthly fee in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred and <br />Sixty -five Dollars ($1,765.00). Said fee may be reduced from time to time by <br />the City Manager, based upon objective evidence that the City's costs related <br />to parking within the area defined herein have been reduced. <br />5. Effective at such time as the Chief of Police determines that the Fuller cul de <br />sac is needed for overflow news media vehicular parking, the City Manager is <br />authorized to allow parking of news media vehicles thereupon, subject to the <br />issuance of revocable vehicle parking licenses and payment of a maximum <br />monthly fee in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty -five <br />Dollars ($1,765.00). Said fee may be reduced from time to time by the City <br />Manager, based upon objective evidence that the City's costs related to <br />parking within the area defined herein has been reduced. <br />6. Effective March 1, 2004, and in accordance with the Redwood City Police <br />Department Parking Management Plan, the City Manager is authorized to <br />allow the parking of news media vehicles upon the City's parking lot located <br />at the intersection of Main Street and Bradford Street, subject to the issuance <br />of a revocable vehicle parking license and payment of a maximum monthly <br />fee in the amount of One Hundred and Ten Dollars ($110.00).
