<br /> , - I <br />Year 2 & 3: <br />Lynx will perform quarterly updates as part of the subsequent two - year maintenance <br />phase of this agreement. This includes updating: <br />. Addresses <br />. Street names <br />. Hydrants <br />. Parcels (adding new subdivisions) <br />. Water tanks and other response suppression appurtenances <br />. Driveways and rural (dirt) roads <br />Lynx will send staff to the map update station to collect changes for the previous <br />quarter. They will also provide standard guidelines to collect and organize the updates <br />including options to collect, track and send changes electronically. Lynx will make the <br />necessary changes, reprint and deliver all affected pages in draft form. If the updated <br />drafts are accepted by the map update coordinator 14 final copies (8 map book /6 map <br />box) of the updated pages will be reproduced each quarter. <br />Also included in this maintenance agreement is to reproduce the 5 wall maps once per <br />year. This will include reprinting, lamination and delivery. <br />The quarterly updates will be given to Lynx Technologies on April 1, July 1, October 1 & <br />January 1. <br />The pay schedule will be on December 31, 2004 ($5500) / December 31, 2005 ($5500) <br />and December 31, 2006 ($5500). <br />Agreernent over $10K 11 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 101003 <br />
