Exhibit A
SCOPE OF SERVICES
General
Purpose Starter Kit program demonstrating Streetline parking service applications for up to 100
demarcated, contiguous parking spaces in a designated area with specific locations to be
mutuaily agreed between Streetline and Customer.
Starter Kit program to be developed and managed by a joint working group consisting of
The City of Redwood City and Streetline. During the 3-month pilot period, a monthly
executive briefing will be conducted to include Bob Bell, Bill Ekern and Jessica Manzi.
Applications provided by Streetline
1 Streetline Parker T"" is a consumer application available on smart phones that provides motorists
ParkerT"' guidance to available on-street parking spaces and identifies the location of nearby lots
and garages. It will also show pricing, payment options and time limits where applicable.
2 Guided Guided Enforcement software for: up to 100 metered spaces using meter data supplied
EnforcementT"' by Customer's existing Digital Payment Technologies' LUKE meters. For meter data
supplied by Digital Payment Technologies' Luke meters, Digital Payment Technologies will
agree to use the standard Streetline Meter Payment and Meter Status API and will abide
by the standard Streetline Meter Service Level Agreement (SLA). Guided Enforcement
using Digital Payment Technologies' Luke meter data will not operate without Digital
Payment Technologies' use of Streetline's API and acceptance of Streetline's SLA.
The Guided Enforcement application runs on iPhones and iPads and identifies spaces in
violation within the deployment map that enhances enforcement officer productivity.
Guided Enforcement displays expired parking violations that have been open beyond a
designated grace period.Violations auto-refresh and appear/disappear from view in near
real time as they are processed through the system.
Guided Enforcement application identifies the location of unpaid parking sessions by
meter number and street address in List View, and displays total unhandled and unpaid
sessions in the Map View. Data is "pushed" to the application as field conditions change:
payrrient and occupancy status are continuously updated. Workload is "shared"; as
individual officers handle violations they disappear from group view.
iPhones and iPads are not included in the scope of this agreement.
3 ParkEdge Basic ParkEdge Basic is an off-street parking management system providing the foundation for
parking providers to manage parking inventory. Additional functionality, through
ParkEdge Premium, provides operators the ability to publish special offers and advertising
messages to consumers.
4 Parksight The ParkSight portal provides map-based real time information showing occupancy by
PortalT"" block and potential violations by block face. The ParkSight portal also includes historical
analytics, showing graphics summarizing a variety of key parking metrics.
