i
reports include occupancy, arrivals and departures and enforcement actions. Reports can
be configured by the user to select area, time of day and day of week. ParkSight will be
provided with no limit on the number of Customer's authorized personnel enabled to
access the application.
Equipment provided installed and maintained by Streetline
• Up to 100 parking sensors
• Up to 15 repeaters
• 1 gateway
• Cable ties for installing repeaters
• '/2" stainless steel extreme duty banding for installing gateways
The above-listed equipment below are referred to collectively as"Equipment".
All Equipment will be owned by Streetline. The number of repeaters and gateways may be adjusted as
required to ensure high quality networking. At the end of the trial period, Streetline will remove all
network Equipment, with the exception of the sensors, which shall remain embedded in the roadway.
The Streetline Equipment package consists of an integrated set of components.
Streetline will install Sensors within each parking space with one sensor per space. Each sensor monitors
parking activity at the space and communicates information about arrivals, departures and occupancy status to
the network. Sensors are self-powered and sealed within the sensor package.
Network Equipment is comprised of repeaters and gateways. Collectively, the sensors and networking
Equipment provide a low power wireless mesh network, which enables transmission of data from the sensors to
the gateway. Gateways (i) manage the sensor network, (ii) maintain a data network connection to the Internet,
and (iii) manage data transmission from the sensors to Streetline's servers.
Gateways will be mounted on streetlamps with power provided by the city. Repeaters are typically mounted on
streetlamps or other common fixtures and do not require line power. Both are small and lightweight. Repeaters
are self-powered with replaceable lithium primary batteries. Gateways are line powered and require an
available continuous power source(120 or 240v,50 or 60 Hz)for installation.
Documentation
• High-level project plan for installation, evaluation and completion
• Application instructions and training materials
Network&Sensor Installation/Removal,Training&Support,Project Reporting
• Streetline will secure all required permissions and permits
• Streetline will install all network Equipment and sensors either directly or through qualified
contractors
• Streetline will remove all network Equipment upon termination of Starter Kit program either
directly or through qualified contractors
Streetline personnel will provide initial training in use of applications
• At conclusion of program,Streetline will provide Executive Summary report, highlighting program
results and showing potential improvements achievable by deploying smart parking system on a
broader scale
ATfY/AGR/2012.191/STREETLINE—ORDER FORM 2012
REV:12-06-12 VR
