Fidelity bond covering CMl's employees who handle any City monies in <br /> the amount of not less than $500,000. <br />5. During the life of the Agreement, CMI shall purchase and maintain <br /> insurance with coverages set forth above with a 30-day notification <br /> cancellation from the insurance company going to City. <br />XII.
