<br /> - -, <br />CMI shall remove said person assigned immediately upon receiving written notice from <br />City of the desire for the removal of such person. <br />IX. FILE STORAGE <br /> A. During the period of this Agreement, CMI will store, at its expense, closed <br />files for the period of five (5) years from the date of closure or date of last <br />compensation, whichever is later. After this period, files will either be returned to City or <br />stored by CMI at City's option and expense. If stored by CMI, City will be charged a <br />one-time inventorying fee of $.75 per file and monthly storage at the greater of $.75 or <br />our current cost per box of files per month. <br /> B. Closed files transferred to CMI for storage at the commencement of this <br />Agreement will be stored at the City's expense. The charge for file box storage will be <br />the greater of $.75 or our current cost per box of files per month. The first year of <br />storage will be paid in advance within thirty (30) days of the signing of this Agreement. <br />X. TRUST AGREEMENT <br /> City will establish an account for the payment of all liability incurred under the <br />terms of this Agreement. The account shall be funded adequately to pay all <br />expenditures. Funding of account and reconciliation will be as agreed upon between <br />City and CMI. <br />XI. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> Before performing services CMI will provide evidence of the following insurance <br />coverages: <br /> 1.
