He said the environmental work has begun. <br /> Dr. Bell said that the Library was recognized with a five star rating and it was the only <br /> top rated library to receive such rating in San Mateo County and in California. He is very <br /> proud of this fact. He also announced the toy drive and provided details for the wrapping <br /> party as well. <br /> Council Member Bain said he was very saddened by the loss of the young lady and he <br /> is touched by how this community comes together in these sad moments. <br /> 10.
