Should the Council approve this recommended license agreement, the <br /> term of the Agreement will be extended until January 17, 2015. The Kaiser Hospital <br /> project is scheduled to be complete, and the hospital open, by December 2014. <br /> The City has the right to allow general public use of the lot on nights and weekends <br /> during the term of the Agreement.
