Redwood City 2020 will advertise to find qualified candidates to fulfill the Communications Services Job <br /> Description and will involve the San Mateo County Health System and San Mateo County Planning and Building <br /> Department in the screening process as necessary and interested. <br /> C. The San Mateo County Health System, San Mateo County Planning and Building Department and Redwood City <br /> 2020 will jointly oversee the workplan of the Communications Coordinator. <br /> D. Redwood City 2020 will provide payment,other resources and materials as needed and will have the sole <br /> authority to activate and terminate the Communications Coordinator services as necessary. <br /> E. The San Mateo County Health System, San Mateo County Planning and Building Department and Redwood City <br /> 2020 will work together to secure ongoing funding for the Communications Coordinator function and the San <br /> Mateo County Health System will have no funding obligation beyond the term of this contract. <br /> II. Amount and Method of Pavment <br /> The total amount that the County shall be obligated to pay for services rendered in this agreement shall not exceed <br /> TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS($25,000)for the contract term. <br /> A. Contractor shall submit original signed invoices for services performed no later that the fifteenth (15'�') day <br /> following the end of the invoiced month. Invoices shall have the detail of the services provided including hours <br /> worked and tasks accomplished. <br /> B. Payments received are to cover all costs of Contractor, including, but not limited to: completion of all <br /> deliverables,completion of all paperwork,photocopies,telephone,printing and travel expenses. <br /> C. Invoices will be submitted and reviewed each month and will be approved prior to processing payment.
