Or� February 19, 2003, tl�e Regior�al llVater Quality Control Board, San <br /> Francisco Bay Region, adopted Order R2-2003-0023, amending the San Mateo <br /> Counfyvvide NPDES Municipal Starmwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS0029921) the <br /> "NPDES Permit"; and <br /> B. Provision C.3. of the NPDES Permit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> time to time, requ�res the permittee pu�lic agencies to pro�ide minimum verification and <br /> access assurar�ces that all treatmer�t measures shall be adequa�ely operated and <br /> mair�tained by entities responsible for the stormwater treatment measures; and <br /> G.
