This includes all pipes, channels or other conveyances buil� to convey stormwater to the treatmer�t measure(s), as well as all structures, improvements, and �egetation provided to con�rol the quantity and quality of the stormwater. Adequate maintenance is herein defir�ed as mairttainir�g the described facilities in good working cor�dition so that th�s� facilities continue to operate as ariginafly designed and approved. The maintenance plan shall include a detailec� descriptian of ar�d sched�le for lor�g-ferm mainter�ance activities. 4. Sedimen# Management. Sediment accumula�ion resultir�g fram ti�e normal operation of the stormwater treatment meas�re{s) will be managed appropriately by the Praperty 4wner. The Praperty Owner wil! provide for the remor�al ar�d disposal of accumulated sediments. Disposal of acct�mulated sediments shall not occur on the Property. Any disposal or removal of accumulated sediments or debris shall be ir� com�liance with ail federal, state and local !aw and regulations. 5. Annual Inspection and Report. The Proper(y Owner sha[I, on an annual basis, complete the Treatment Meas�re Operation and Maintenance Inspection Report. The Annual Re�ort shall ir�ciude a!I completed Inspectior� and Mainter�ance C}�ecklists for the reporting period and shall be submitted to the City in or`der ta �erify that ir�spection and maintenance of fhe applicable stormwater treatment measure{s) have been conducted pursuar�t to this Agreemer�t. The Annual Report shall be s�abmitted na later than December 3'f of each year, under penalty of perjury, to OfFice of the City Engineer', 1 a17 Middlefie[d Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 or another member of the City staff as directed by �he City. The Property Owner shall conduct a minimum of ane (1) annual ir�spection of the stormwater treatment measure(s) before the wet season. This inspectian shall occ�ar be#ween August 'ISf ar�d Oc#ober 1${ each year. More frequent inspections may be reqt�ired. The results of inspections shall be recorded or� the Annual Ir�spectior� Report. 6. Necessarv Changes and Modifications. At its sale exper�se, the Property Owner shall make cl�anges or modifications to the stormwater treatmenf ineasure(s} andfor may be determined as reasonably r�ecessary by the City to ensure that treatment measures are properiy maintained and contin�e fio operate as originally design�d and appra�ed. 7. Access to the Prope�t�. The Property Owner hereby grants permission to the City; the San Francisco Bay Regional Water QuaGty Cor�trol Board (Regional Board}; the Sat� Mateo COLI�I�y M05C�U1�0 Abatement District (Mosquito Abatemer�t District); and tl�eir authorized agents and employees to enter upor� the Property at reasonabfe times and in a reasonable manner to inspect, assess or observe the stormwater treatmer�t meas�re(s) in order to ensure that treatment measures are being properly maintairted and are cor�tinuing to perForm in ar� aclequate manner to protect water quality and the pui�lic healtf� ar�d safety.
