Adequate maintenance is herein <br /> defir�ed as mairttainir�g the described facilities in good working cor�dition so that th�s� <br /> facilities continue to operate as ariginafly designed and approved. The maintenance <br /> plan shall include a detailec� descriptian of ar�d sched�le for lor�g-ferm mainter�ance <br /> activities. <br /> 4. Sedimen# Management. Sediment accumula�ion resultir�g fram ti�e normal <br /> operation of the stormwater treatment meas�re{s) will be managed appropriately by the <br /> Praperty 4wner. The Praperty Owner wil! provide for the remor�al ar�d disposal of <br /> accumulated sediments. Disposal of acct�mulated sediments shall not occur on the <br /> Property. Any disposal or removal of accumulated sediments or debris shall be ir� <br /> com�liance with ail federal, state and local !aw and regulations. <br /> 5. Annual Inspection and Report. The Proper(y Owner sha[I, on an annual basis, <br /> complete the Treatment Meas�re Operation and Maintenance Inspection Report. The <br /> Annual Re�ort shall ir�ciude a!I completed Inspectior� and Mainter�ance C}�ecklists for the <br /> reporting period and shall be submitted to the City in or`der ta �erify that ir�spection and <br /> maintenance of fhe applicable stormwater treatment measure{s) have been conducted <br /> pursuar�t to this Agreemer�t. The Annual Report shall be s�abmitted na later than <br /> December 3'f of each year, under penalty of perjury, to OfFice of the City Engineer', 1 a17 <br /> Middlefie[d Road, Redwood City, CA 94063 or another member of the City staff as <br /> directed by �he City. At its sale exper�se, the Property Owner <br /> shall make cl�anges or modifications to the stormwater treatmenf ineasure(s} andfor may <br /> be determined as reasonably r�ecessary by the City to ensure that treatment measures <br /> are properiy maintained and contin�e fio operate as originally design�d and appra�ed. <br /> 7. Access to the Prope�t�.
