7.A. - Page 164 Pete's Harbor <br /> �,i�y vi neaw�vu�,ny EIR Addendum <br /> October 8, 2012 Page 2-31 <br /> (7) building permit approvals, and <br /> (8) various other approvals, including water hook-up permit and sewer hook-up permit. <br /> 2.5.2 Other Required Approvals <br /> The project is also expected to require approvals from the following Trustee and Responsible <br /> agencies: <br /> (a) San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) (which is <br /> authorized to control Bay filling and dredging and Bay-related shoreline development on lands <br /> within its jurisdictional boundary, including a 100-foot band along the Uccelli Boulevard edge of <br /> the Pete's Harbor property--see Figure 8.1 of this Addendum); <br /> (b) City/County Association of Governments of San Mateo County (C/CAG) (in both its <br /> designated role as the County's Congestion Management Agency and Airport Land Use <br /> Commission); <br /> (c) The San Francisco Regional Water Quality Control Board (Water Board) (certification <br /> responsibility under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act); <br /> (d) State Lands Commission (Trustee Agency) (possible permit authority for land at the outer <br /> edge of Pete's Harbor owned by the State and subject to a State Lands Commission land <br /> lease); <br /> (e) California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG) (Trustee Agency) (including Habitat <br /> Mitigation and Monitoring Plan approval); <br /> (f) U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) (including Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan <br /> approval); <br /> (g) U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) (possible review authority under Section <br /> 404[b][1] of the Clean Water Act); <br /> (h) National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries (including Habitat <br /> Mitigation and Monitoring Plan approval); and <br /> (i) Federal Aviation Administration. <br /> Other potentially required approvals, to be determined based on final project plans and <br /> operational characteristics, could include: <br /> Q) State Department of Boating and Waterways; <br /> (k) State Water Transportation Authority; and <br /> (I) U.S. Coast Guard. <br /> T.•1106951Addenduml2(10695-01).doc <br />
