The Conditions require either (1) that certain public impt•avements fa�• the Project be <br /> constz•€�cted priar to approval of �he final map ("Final Map"}, or (2) that Develope�• enter into an <br /> agreement with City providing for the future construction of such public improvements. <br /> D.
