<br />In the event any persoh, firm or corporation may elect to dispose
<br />of such refuse as uay accuuulate on any specific Dropert: or location, the
<br />same may he done providinj: that sue_ disposal complies with the sanitary
<br />-orovisions of this ordinance and is approved by the Health Officer. In
<br />such event, h.oever, a v!ritten application shall he made to the TJealth
<br />Officer on special for Provided, Trid a proper poruit issued in writinc in

<br />charges othernise specified in this ordinance.
