<br />by the possessor in a nanner satisfactory to the Street Superintendent before
<br />being pot out for collection.
<br />Persons occupying multiple dwellings must plainly mark their re-
<br />ceptacles so that the o nership thereof till be known.
<br />S'TCTIONT IV. COLLnCTITT OF hFFJSI .
<br />The Health Department may make such regulation concerning the number
<br />and manner of collections of refuse as it may deem necessary to carry out
<br />the provisions of this ordinance, but in no case shall collection service
<br />less often than once a 7,,eek be permitted.
<br />The time of collections shall be betneen the hours of 6 a.m. and
<br />6 p.m. in the residential district, and. before 10 a.m. in the business
<br />district.

<br />All garbage collected in the City of Redwood City shall be hauled
<br />in all -steel, watertight bodied motor trucks, and taken to the dump or
<br />incinerator in such a manner as not to be needlessly offensive and filthy
<br />in relation to any person, place, building, premisesor highway. The truck
