6.1.H. - Page 13 EXHIBIT "A" SCOPE OF SERVICES Artwork and Installation of Fountain and Park Sign at Jardin de Ninos Park Consultant: InterPlay Design, Inc. Tom Arie Donch 1020 Sonoma Blvd Vallejo, CA 94590 (707)643-7529 adonch@aol.com Project Description: As part of the Jardin de Ninos Renovation Project, an art team from Interplay Design Inc. will design, build, and install community-based artwork at the park. The artwork consists of a bird bath fountain, a retaining wall/seat wall/bench, and a new, sculptured park sign. The consultant is responsible for protecting and repairing any damaged existing site improvements (i.e. existing walls, walkways, plumbing etc.) and making any necessary repairs to the artwork that may have been damaged when delivered and installed at the site. The consultant is also responsible for scheduling and coordinating the installation of artwork with City's General Contractor. Task 1- Design of Fountain with Bench Sculpture A. Model of Fountain and Plaza Consultant shall: ■ Create%" finished model fountain within the proposed plaza ■ Create%z" finished model of fountain and bench sculpture ■ Create 1" working model of central part of fountain sculpture ■ Provide digital photos of models and details B. Drawings and Specifications Consultant shall: ■ Provide plan view scale drawing of fountain sculpture within the proposed plaza ■ Provide two (2) cross section drawings of fountain area and bench parts of sculpture ■ Create a cross section drawing of plaza, pebble mosaics and fountain sculpture ■ Create a color palette for park and material samples ■ Produce specifications of materials used on the project ■ Provide a section drawing of wall with inlay space ■ Provide the design of the fountain mechanics with specifications for RHAA ■ Provide a shop drawings of the plumbing and electrical connections for the fountain to RHAA ATTY/AGR/2013.012/(ARTIST)INTERPLAY REV: 01-22-13 MLG Page 11 of 17
