(tl�e "Successor Owners") who awn all or any portion of the <br /> Property, as hereinafter defined. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On Febr�aary 19, 2QQ3, the Regional Water Quality Control Board, San <br /> �rancisco Bay Region, adopted Order R2-2003-Oa23, amending the San Mateo <br /> Countywide NPDES Municipal Stormwater Permit (Order 99-059, CAS0029921} (the <br /> "NPDES Permit"y; ar�d <br /> B. Provision C.3. of the NPDES Permit, as it may be amended or reissued from <br /> time to time, requires the permittee public agencies to provi�e minimum verificafion and <br /> access assurances tha� all treatment measures s�all be adeq�ateEy operated and <br /> maintained by entities responsihle for the starmwater treatmer�t meas�res; ar�d <br /> C. The Praperty Owner is the owner of real property commonly known as 640 <br /> Veterans Bo�levard, Redwood City, CA 94063 (the "Property"), as more particularly <br /> described in Exhibit"A", attached hereto ar�d incorporated herein by this referer�ce; and <br /> D. Attached hereto as Exhibit "B", and incorparated herein by thfs reference, <br /> is a legible reduced-scale copy of the Site Plan or comparable document showing the <br /> stormwater treatment measures that are to be located or ta be constructed on ti�e <br /> Property, hereinafter referred to as the "Site Plar�"; and <br /> E.
