Properky Owner shall not destroy ar remove tha stormwater treatment measures frorn tl�e Proparty nor modifiy the stormrrvater treatmer�t system in a manner that lessens its effectiveness, and shalf, at Property Owner's sole exper�se, adequatefy maintain the stormwater treatmertt measure(s} ir� good� woricing order aeceptable to the City and in accordance with tf�e Site Plan. This includes al[ pipes, channels or other con�eyances built to convey stormwater to the treatment measure(s), as well as all structures, impro�emer�ts, and �egetation provided ta con�rol the quantity and quality of the starmwater. Adequate maintenance is herein dafined as main#aining the described fiacilities in good working conditiar� so that these facilities continue to operate as originafly designed and approved. T�e maintenance pfan shail include a detaiied description of and schedule for long-term mair�tenar�ce activities. �4. Sediment Manaqernent. Sediment accurnuiation resulting from the narmai operation of the stormwater treatmer�t measure(s) will be managed appropriately by the Property Owner. The Property Owner will provide for the remo�al and disposal of accumulated sedirnents. Disposal of accumulated sedimer�ts shall not occur on the Prop�r�y. Any dispasal or removaf af accumulated sediments or debris shall be in compliance with a!I federaE, state and local law and reguEations. 5. Ar�nuaf Inspectior� ar�d Report. The Proper[y Owner shali, on an anr�ual basis, complete t�e Treatment Measure Operation and Maintenance Inspection Report. The Annua! Report shall include all compEeted Enspection and Main�enanee Chec�Ciists for the repor#ing period and shalf be submitted to the City in order to �erify that inspection and mainter�ance of the applicabla stormwater treatment measure(s} have been canducted pursuant to this Agreement The Annual Report shall be submifted no later thar� �ecember 31 of each year, ur�der penalty of perjury, to Office of the City Er�gineer, 1017 Middle field Road, Redwaod City, CA 94�53 or another member of the City stafF as direcfied by the City. The Property Owner shall provide in the Annual Report a record of the volume of all accum�lated sediment removed as a result of the treatment meas�re(s). Ti�e Property Owner shall cor�duct a minimum of one (1} annuai ir�spectian of �he stormwafier fireatment measure(s) before the wet season. This insp�ctior� shall occur between A�gust 15t and Octaber 1St each year. More freq€aent inspectians may be required. The results of inspections shap be recorded a� the Annual Inspect�or� Report.
