Product (Week 5): Draft CEQA Environmental Checklist Form/Initial Study (CEQA Appendix G)--all environmental topic areas, Mandatory Findings of Significance, and Determination. The timeline assumes that all necessary applicant-prepared and City- reviewed technical reports and City comments (PRC, AAC, HRAC) are received by the end of week two. Task 3 Review Draft Initial Studv with Citv Staff Consultant and City staff, including the City Attorney and/or City's CEQA attorney if desired by the City, will review the draft Initial Study. Based on the draft Initial Study conclusions and team review, the team will decide, if necessary, what project changes or additional project conditions could be imposed to mitigate or avoid impacts identified in the DTTP EIR so that the City can approve the project as being within the scope of the DTPP EIR. As a result of the team review, Consultant will revise the draft Initial Study. If the team ultimately concludes that a Mitigated Negative Declaration, Supplemental EIR, or Subsequent EIR is required, Consultant will prepare a concise work scope, schedule, and budget for the additional CEQA work. Products (Week 7): Revised Initial Study based on team review. If necessary, provide concise work scope/schedule/budget for additional CEQA work. Task 4. Attend Public Hearinq(s) If requested by City staff, Consultant will attend the public hearing(s) for the project, in order to answer questions regarding the Initial Study.
