6.1.D. - Page 2 <br /> includes the assessment of overbank flooding depths, durations, and flood damage, and <br /> provide detailed cost estimate to complete the cost-benefit analysis and the Flood <br /> Damage Reduction Questionnaire, required forms for the grant application. <br /> On November 30, 2012 City staff, along with Conservancy and Refuge staff, met with <br /> the Water Board staff to discuss the purpose and permitting for the Bayfront Project. <br /> The scope of Moffatt & Nichol will include a detailed summary report specifically to <br /> address the Water Board's inquires, and additional water quality sampling. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> Council may choose not to authorize the execution of Amendment 2 with Moffatt & <br /> Nichol.
