No examination or <br />insurance as to the amount of payment of real or personal property taxes is required unless <br />the reat property tax is payable on or before the date of the policy of title insurance. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Disburse funds, record and deliver deed when conditions of this escrow have been fulfilled by <br />the parties. <br /> <br />Agency shall pay all escrow, recording and title insurance charges, if any, incurred in this <br />transaction. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Recordation of any instruments delivered through this escrow is authorized if necessary or <br />proper in the issuance of said policy of title insurance. <br /> <br />The Escrow Agent shall, following recording of the deed to Agency, provide Agency with <br />CL T A Standard Coverage Policy of Title Insurance in the amount of the purchase price of the <br />real property vested in Agency subject only to the primed exceptions and stipulations <br />contained in said policy. The Agency agrees to pay the premium charged therefore. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />Grantor(s) and Agency hereby agree that the escrow conveying the described property shall <br />close as soon as a duly executed deed is presented to the escrow agent for recordation.
