MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> July 1, 2002 <br /> MO. 02-165 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: July 2, 2002 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Engineering Dept. <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Motion to accept the Grant Deed for fee title of Davit <br /> Lane Parcel <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on July 1, 2002. <br /> <br />Present: Council Member Ruskin, Pierce, Hartnett, Jordan <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Howard, Vice Mayor Ira and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br />Jordan/Hartnett Motion to accept the Grant Deed for fee title of Davit Lane <br />Parcel (Lot C-101 @ Redwood Shores), and, direct the City Clerk to accept on <br />behalf of the City, said Grant Deed pursuant to Resolution No. 10944, adopted <br />December 5, 1988, and to record a certified copy of this Resolution and Minute <br />Order in the Office of the San Mateo County Recorder; <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
