i <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> Scope of Services• <br /> At City's direction, Contractor shall perform power washing, surface cleaning, and <br /> steam cleaning services to City Zones and Sites identified in the following chart. In <br /> each Zone or Site, Contractor shall clean sidewalks, plazas, benches, trash cans, and <br /> remove gum (but pavers will not be power washed.) The total price to be paid to <br /> Contractor for performing Services at each Zone or Site is listed in the following <br /> chart. Contractor will use their professional judgment to determine whether to use the <br /> power washing, surface cleaning or steam cleaning methods. Contractor shall complete <br /> all scheduled Services before 7:30 a.m. or begin after 5:30 p.m. Contractor shall <br /> perform Services at each Zone or Site as frequently as indicated on the following <br /> chart. Contractor shall inform City staff if the required frequency of Service needs <br /> to be increased or decreased, but all changes to the schedule below require prior City <br /> authorization.
