Exhibit B <br /> SEWAGE PUMPING SERVICE <br /> Docktown Marina-Redwood City,CA <br /> This is a two (2) month agreement to begin on June 10, 2013 and end on August 10, 2013. This <br /> proposal will cover the Sewage Pumping Service for the above referenced property. <br /> 1. SCOPE OF WORK: A uniformed worker from Universal Maintenance will be on hand <br /> at the Docktown Marina on a regular schedule (TBD, and coordinated with the tides) to <br /> operate the City-owned and -maintained boat for the purpose of providing sewage <br /> pumping service to the approximately 45 marina residents requesting such service. The <br /> maintenance worker's responsibilities will include,but are not limited to,the following: <br /> • Deternune the precise schedule for pump out of residences and disposal into City sewer <br /> system on a weekly and bi-weekly basis according to the local tide tables. <br /> • Learn to operate all aspects of the boat, the sewage pumping system, and all related <br /> equipment,and assist with their proper cleaning and upkeep. <br /> • Carry out sewage pumping service efficiently and safely per the applicable schedules, <br /> codes,and rules. <br /> • Keep the boat properly fueled and ready for service at all times. Fuel expenses will be <br /> documented and billed back to the City separately. <br /> • Be available for specially requested pump out services beyond those that are regularly <br /> scheduled. <br /> • Assist with identifying persistent problems and interfacing with the On-Site Manager Alex <br /> Kozlov, City Public Works Managers, and the Universal Maintenance Account Manager to <br /> propose solutions. <br /> • Notify the designated City Public Works Manager of any maintenance or repair needs on <br /> the boat or with any of the sewage pumping equipment and systems. <br /> The City of Redwood City will anange for Universal Maintenance's designated worker <br /> to be properly trained on all aspects of this work. <br /> 2.
