EXHIBIT "C" <br /> PAYMENT AND FEE SCHEDULE <br /> City shall compensate Manager for the Services to be performed under Exhibit "B" an <br /> hourly fee of One Hundred and Ten Dollars ($110), plus approved reimbursable <br /> expenses in accordance with the provisions of Section 6 (Compensation) and <br /> Subsection 6.1.
