ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MARINA MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> (SURGE PROJECT MANAGEMENT) <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 64-Cnday of <br /> GQ0-2w0012013, extending the Agreement for Marina Management Services <br /> dated March 4, 2013 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and SURGE <br /> Project Management ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On March 4, 2013, the Parties executed the Agreement for Marina <br /> Management Services; and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of two months; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of two months ending on October 31, 2013. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> REV:09-03-13 VR <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
