It is probably that the actually overall trip generation to the fuel station will not increase by this amount and that the primary impact will be more efficient operation of existing volume through the fuel station and significant reduced vehicle queuing. While this is likely an overestimation of the trip generation impacts given the relative activity at that site compared with Redwood City,it will ensure the analysis is conservative and extremely defensible.
