(KAI). This memorandum <br /> provides an update to the previous assessment (dated August 30, 2011) based on comments <br /> provided by the City of Redwood City in emails from April 26, 2012 and August 8, 2012, and <br /> subsequent telephone conversations in June, July, and August 2012. This memorandum has been <br /> revised to include additional information requested by the City regarding characteristic data for <br /> other Costco warehouses and other revisions as outlined in the City's email. In addition, more <br /> detailed analysis to determine if there is a relationship between Costco Gasoline facility trip <br /> generation and those characteristics has been conducted and included.
