Applicant shall ensure fhat all impro�ements substantially conform <br /> ta th� re�ised �roJect plans, prepared by M�alvanny G2, Da�id Babcock & <br /> Associates, and Kier & Write Civil Engineers & Surveyors, Inc., submitted an May <br /> 17, Za12 and related information submitted by Applicant to date, an fle wEth <br /> Planning Services, subject to re�is�ans needed ta conform to �he Planning <br /> Commission's approva! of 16 fuel pumps rather than the 20 fuel pumps proposed <br /> by Ap�licar�t, which revisions shall be re�iewed and appro�ed by the Community <br /> Development Director or hislher designee. <br /> 3.
