He asked if the discussion and <br /> questions would be moved to the 30th because all public comments would not have been <br /> heard yet. <br /> Ms. Ramirez stated that continuance would be discussed, not the project itself. <br /> Chair Schmidt noted that the discussion would be under continuance, not the project. <br /> Ms. Ramirez stated that the discussion would be on the continuance, not discussion on <br /> the project. <br /> Chair Schmidt asked if discussion of the project would be before or after the applicant <br /> speaks. <br /> Mr. Lyon stated the applicant and property owner are prepared to provide comments to <br /> the Commission. He stated that should the Commission wish to ask clarifying question <br /> then that could be done tonight, and then the Commission could decide what to do about <br /> public comment. <br /> Chair Schmidt stated he would like to make sure if there are clarifying questions that it <br /> doesn't get into the heart of the project. <br /> Paul Powers, representing the applicant, stated that the owner of Pete's Harbor and her <br /> attorney would like to make some brief comments. <br /> Page 17 of 21 <br />
