1.07 SIGNING BIDDING SECTIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS � <br /> A. If the Bidder is a corporation, all Bidding Sections required to be executed by the Bidder (and, if <br /> such Bidder is the apparent low Bidder and receives the Notice of Award, all Contract <br /> documents required to be executed by such Bidder after Notice of Award) shall set forth the <br /> legal name of the corporation and must be signed by the officer or officers legally authorized by <br /> the corporation or by law to bind the corporation. <br /> B.
