Yard, installing new luminaire, photo-control unit, mounting hardware, any necessary
<br /> mounting adaptors, fuse connectors; and all necessary wiring and electrical connections.
<br /> B. Full compensation for all additional materials and labor, not shown on the plans or specified,
<br /> which are necessary to complete the installation of the various systems, shall be considered
<br /> as inciuded in the contract unit price paid for the luminaire replacement, or units thereof, and
<br /> no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> C. Individual parts and components will not be measured for payment, but shall be included in
<br /> the unit price paid for the "Replace Existing Luminaire with New Luminaire."
<br /> 1.03 INSTALL NEW LUMINAIRE AND MAST ARM (BID ITEM NO. 3)
<br /> A. The contract unit price paid for each "New Luminaire and Mast Arm" shall include full
<br /> compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for
<br /> doing all the work involved in furnishing and installing luminaire and mast arms on existing
<br /> wood poles, complete and in place. Work includes, but is not limited to: coordination with
<br /> servicing utility, installation of luminaire, photo-control unit, luminaire mast arm, mounting
<br /> hardware, any necessary adaptors, fuse connectors; and all necessary wiring and electrical
<br /> connections.
<br /> B. Full compensation for all additional materials and labor, not shown on the plans or specified,
<br /> which are necessary to complete the installation of the luminaire and mast arm, shall be
<br /> considered as included in the prices paid for the luminaire and mast arm, or units thereof, and
<br /> no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.
<br /> C. Individual parts and components will not be measured for payment, but shall be included in
<br /> the unit price paid for the "New Luminaire and Mast Arm."
<br /> 1.04 INSTALL STREET LIGHT POLE, MAST ARM, LUMINAIRE, AND FOUNDATION
<br /> (BID ITEM NO. 4)
<br /> A. The contract unit price paid for each "New Street Light Pole, Mast Arm, Luminaire and
<br /> Foundation" shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, materials, tools,
<br /> equipment, and incidentals to complete installation of new street light. Work includes, but is
<br /> not limited to: coordination with servicing utility, installation of foundation, pole standard, mast
<br /> arm, luminaire, conduits, and conductors; all required excavation, trenching, backfilling, and
<br /> compaction; all necessary wiring and electrical connections.
<br /> B. Full compensation for all additional materials and labor, not shown on the plans or specified,
<br /> which are necessary to complete the installation of the street light, shall be considered as
<br /> included in the prices paid for the "Street Light Pole, Mast Arm, Luminaire, and Foundation,"
<br /> or units thereof, and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore.

<br /> the unit price paid for the "Street Light Pole, Mast Arm, Luminaire and Foundation".
<br /> 1.05 PULL BOX (BID ITEM NO. 5)
<br /> A. The contract unit price paid for each "Pull Box" shall include full compensation for furnishing
<br /> all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals. Work includes, but is not limited to:
<br /> furnishing and installing pull box, lid, conduits, ground rod, pull rope, duct seal, and drain rock;
<br /> excavation, backfill, and restoration; concrete ring around pull box.
<br /> B. Full compensation for all additional materials and labor, not shown on the plans or specified,
<br /> which are necessary to complete the installation of the various systems, shall be considered
