CSM's obligation to indemnify the Indemnities shall apply to the fullest extent <br /> permitted by law, except such loss or damage which was caused by the sole negligence <br /> of willful misconduct of the Licensor, and shall survive the expiration or sooner <br /> termination of the Agreement. This agreement constitutes a waiver by CSM and any <br /> and all participating students. By executing this Waiver and Release, CSM on its behalf <br /> and on behalf of all participating instructors and students, assumes any and all risk, and <br /> take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death to participants <br /> and/or damage to personal property against Indemnities, or any one of them, <br /> associated with the activities and events organized by CSM at the Corp.
