6.3.A. - Page 2 <br /> new structure. The City met and conferred with the Redwood City Management <br /> Association (RCMEA) on the changes to the job description. No changes to the <br /> classification's salary range are recommended. This new structure will provide <br /> increased efficiencies within Public Works without increasing salary costs. <br /> ALTERNATIVES <br /> 1. The Council could take no action on the revisions to the Public Works <br /> Superintendent Job description and advise staff to continue to use the existing <br /> job description. <br /> 2. The Council could advise staff to conduct further research and recommend <br /> alternative changes to the job description. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact for adopting the resolution to revise the Public Works <br /> Superintendent Job description.
