The district is intended to provide for needed <br /> incubator space for smaller uses supportin� health research, clean industrial, �reen technolo�v, <br /> and/or research and development businesses. The district is intended to preserve land for a <br /> wide ran�e of industrial uses bv limitin� office uses. <br /> 17A.2— Use Re�ulations. <br /> 1. Allowed Uses. Table 17A-1 indicates the uses permitted (P), conditionally permitted <br /> with a Use Permit (C), permitted as an accessory use (A), and not permitted (-) in the <br /> Commercial Park Zonin� District. Any use not specifically indicated in Table 16-1 <br /> (Allowed Uses for Commercial Park Zonin� District) as a permitted use, accessory use, or <br /> conditional use shall be prohibited unless they are deemed by the Plannin� Mana�er to <br /> be similar and compatible uses which meet the purpose and intent of the Li�ht <br /> Industrial Incubator Zonin� District. All uses, unless stated otherwise, shall be <br /> conducted entirely within a buildin�. <br /> 2. Applicable Re�ulations.
