For buildin�s with over 10 tenant-occupants, <br /> secure bicycle parkin� shall be provided for five percent of motorized vehicle parkin� <br /> capacity, with a minimum of one space. Acceptable parkin� facilities shall be located <br /> convenient to the street and must include one or more of the followin�: <br /> a. Covered, lockable enclosures with permanentiv anchored racks for bicvcles; and/or <br /> b. Lockable bicvcle rooms with permanentiv anchored racks; and/or <br /> c. Lockable, permanentiv anchored bicvcle racks. <br /> 2. Commercial Bicvcle Parkin� (Visitor). If the proiect is anticipated to �enerate visitor <br /> traffic, permanentiv anchored bicvcle racks shall be provided within 100 feet of the <br /> primarv entrance. Such parkin� shall be readilv visible to passers-bv. Bicvcle parkin� <br /> shall be provided at five percent of motorized vehicle parkin� capacitv, with a minimum <br /> of one two-bike capacitv rack. <br /> 29.6- Facade Composition and Architectural Re�ulations <br /> A.
