Covered, lockable enclosures with permanently anchored racks for bicycles; and/or <br /> b. Lockable bicvcle rooms with permanentiv anchored racks; and/or <br /> c. Lockable, permanentiv anchored bicvcle racks. <br /> 3. Commercial Bicvcle Parkin� (Visitor). If the proiect is anticipated to �enerate visitor <br /> traffic, permanentiv anchored bicvcle racks shall be provided within 100 feet of the <br /> primarv entrance. Such parkin� shall be readilv visible to passers-bv. Bicvcle parkin� <br /> shall be provided at five percent of motorized vehicle parkin� capacitv, with a minimum <br /> of one two-bike capacitv rack. <br /> E. Personal Stora�e Development Standards. Each residential unit shall be provided a <br /> minimum of 80 cubic feet of enclosed, lockable stora�e space located outside of the unit. <br /> The stora�e space mav be within a fullv enclosed �ara�e as lon� as the stora�e space is in <br /> addition to the parkin� space(s) required.
