6.1.A. - Page 2 <br /> improvements consistent with engineering standards. Second, the Landscape <br /> Maintenance Agreement commits the developer to maintain certain public <br /> improvements such as landscaping, irrigation, pedestrian lighting, and public access <br /> areas. And third, the Stormwater Treatment Maintenance Measures Agreement <br /> commits the developer to construct and maintain permanent stormwater treatment <br /> measures on-site. <br /> The developer, Elan Redwood City, LLC, will post bonds in the amount of <br /> $1,246,644.00 as required by the Improvement Agreement. The developer anticipates <br /> completion of all improvements in summer 2015.
