And third, the Stormwater Treatment Maintenance Measures Agreement <br /> commits the developer to construct and maintain permanent stormwater treatment <br /> measures on-site. <br /> The developer, Elan Redwood City, LLC, will post bonds in the amount of <br /> $1,246,644.00 as required by the Improvement Agreement. The developer anticipates <br /> completion of all improvements in summer 2015.
