Outdoor �enerators and equipment tanks shall be screen from public view by a <br /> structure or landscapin�, shall meet all applicable safetv standards, and shall not be located <br /> within a required parking stall. <br /> 16.5- Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. <br /> A minimum of 40 percent of each lot shall be pervious area, to be composed of landscapin�, <br /> ve�etated open space, or permeable pavin� materials, consistent with the provisions of Section <br /> 32.12 of the Zonin� Ordinance.
