Onsite mana�ement of the facilitv shall be required durin� all open hours of operation. <br /> 6. The emergencv shelter facility shall demonstrate that it is in and maintains in �ood <br /> standin� with Countv and/or State licenses, if required bv these a�encies for the <br /> owner(s), operator(s), and/or staff on the proposed facilitv. <br /> D. Development Standards. The development standards set forth for the underlvin� district in <br /> which the emer�encv shelter is located shall applv, unless otherwise specified here. <br /> 1. No more than one emer�ency shelter shall be permitted within a radius of 300 feet of <br /> another such facilitv, as measured from the nearest propertv lines. <br /> 2. Interior on-site waitin� and client intake areas must be at least 200 square feet. Outdoor <br /> onsite waitin� areas shall not exceed 100 square feet, and must be located within direct <br /> si�ht-line of the public ri�ht-of-wav. <br /> 3. Parkin� and outdoor facilities shall be desi�ned to provide securitv for residents, visitors, <br /> and emplovees. <br /> 4. The development mav provide one or more of the followin� specific common facilities <br /> for the exclusive use of the residents: <br /> a. Central cookin� and dinin� room(s) <br /> b. Recreation room <br /> c. Counselin�center <br /> d. Child care centers <br /> e. Other support services <br /> 5.
