04/08/2013 <br /> EXHIBIT F <br /> Revisions to Article 29: CO (Commercial Office) <br /> District <br /> The existing Article 29 would be repealed in its entirety and replaced by the <br /> following: <br /> ARTICLE 29- CO (COMMERCIAL OFFICE) DISTRICT <br /> Sections: <br /> 29.1 - Purpose. <br /> 29.2—Use Re�ulations. <br /> 29.3 - Development Standards. <br /> 29.4- Minimum Pervious Area and Stormwater Requirements. <br /> 29.5 - Parkin� Location and Design Re�ulations. <br /> 29.6- FaCade Composition and Architectural Re�ulations. <br /> 29.1- Purpose. <br /> The purpose the Commercial Office Zonin� District is to provide for areas appropriate for lar�e- <br /> scale office developments in a more pedestrian-oriented urban form, and to reco�nize existin� <br /> office centers on arterials and visible from U.S. Route 101. Limited accessory financial, retail, <br /> and service uses are permitted. This district is consistent with the General Plan's Commercial - <br /> Office Professional/Technolo�v designation. <br /> 29.2— Use Regulations. <br /> 1. Allowed Uses. Table 29-1 indicates the uses permitted (P), conditionally permitted with <br /> a Use Permit (C) permitted as an accessory use (A) and not permitted (-) in the <br /> Commercial Office Zonin� District. Anv use not specifically indicated in Table 29-1 <br /> (Allowed Uses for Commercial Office Zonin� District) as a permitted use, accessory use, <br /> or conditional use shall be prohibited unless they are deemed bv the Planning Mana�er <br /> to be similar and compatible uses which meet the purpose and intent of the Commercial <br /> Office Zonin� District. All uses unless stated otherwise, shall be conducted entirely <br /> within a buildin�. <br /> 2. Applicable Re�ulations.
