Windows and openings facin� streets shall constitute a <br /> minimum of 30 percent of street-facin�building faces. <br /> 4 Residential Upper-Floor Uses. Windows and openin�s facin� streets shall constitute a <br /> minimum of 20 percent of street-facin� buildin�faces. <br /> C Primary Pedestrian Entrance. For all residential retail and office uses, at least one primary <br /> entrance to a �round floor use shall face the primarv street right-of-way, as defined in Table <br /> 54-2 On corner parcels the primarv entrance may face the street corner of the primarv <br /> street and a secondarv street (as defined in Table 54-2). Interior space shall be arranged to <br /> orient toward the entrance facing the primary street as the primary entrance.
