Such walkway shall be the <br /> shortest practical distance between the primarv entry and sidewalk, �enerally no more <br /> than 125 percent of the strai�ht line distance. <br /> 55.4 Open Space Regulations <br /> A. Live/Work Open Space Not Required. Outdoor recreation and leisure space is not required <br /> for live/work units. <br /> B. Pervious Area and Open Space. A minimum of 10 percent of each lot shall be pervious area, <br /> to be composed of landscapin� ve�etated open space, or permeable pavin� materials, <br /> consistent with the provisions of Section 32.12 of the Zonin� Ordinance, as that section may <br /> be amended from time to time.
