3. TERM. Section 3.1, Term, of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its <br /> entirety with the following language: "The term of this Agreement will commence on April 1, <br /> 2013 and will conclude on January 7, 2018." <br /> 4. EXPIRATION OF TA'S FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. Section 3.4, <br /> Expiration of TA's Financial Obligations, is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the <br /> following language: "Any and all financial obligations of the TA pursuant to this Agreement <br /> shall expire upon the expenditure of TA's maximum contribution to the Project as established in <br /> Section 2.1 above or on January 7, 2018, whichever occurs first." <br /> 5. TIME OF PERFORMANCE. Section 3.5, Time of Performance, is hereby <br /> deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following language: "The Project must be completed <br /> no later than July 7, 2017." <br /> 6. EFFECT.
