1. PROJECT INFORMATION. Exhibit A-1 is replaced with Exhibit A-2, which <br />is attached to this Second Amendment and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />2. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Second Amendment is effective as of as of the day <br />and year first written above. <br />3. TERM. Section 3. 1, Term, of the Agreement is hereby deleted and replaced in its <br />entirety with the following language: "The term of this Agreement will commence on April 1, <br />2013 and will conclude on April 7, 2019." <br />4. EXPIRATION OF TA'S FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS. Section 3.4, <br />Expiration of TA's Financial Obligations, is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with the <br />following language: "Any and all financial obligations of the TA pursuant to this Agreement <br />shall expire upon the expenditure of TA's maximum contribution to the Project as established in <br />Section 2.1 above or on April 7, 2019, whichever occurs first." <br />5. TIME OF PERFORMANCE. Section 3.5, Time of Performance, is hereby <br />deleted and replaced in its entirety with the following language: "The Project must be completed <br />no later than October 7, 2018." <br />6. EFFECT.
